Attorney Conference Center

The Michaelle Pitard Wynne Attorney Conference Center is located on the second floor of the Hale Boggs Federal Building in room B-245, which adjoins the courthouse. It can be reached through the second or third floor of the courthouse and is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

The Center provides attorneys a variety of services and conveniences:

  • The main lounge is suitably furnished, with telephone and kitchenette. It affords a quiet and comfortable place in which to work or relax. Coffee and water are available.
  • The computer workroom is directly accessible from the main lounge, and is equipped with high speed copier, laser printer, and scanner.
  • There are three furnished and private conference rooms, each with secure telephone. These rooms are available by reservation or on a "first come" basis. They are ideal for attorney-client consultations, neutral site depositions, mid-trial negotiation, witness waiting rooms, etc.

 The Center is a collective effort of the Federal Bar Association, New Orleans Chapter, the Fifth Circuit Bar Association and the United States District Court. It is operated by the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association for the benefit of all attorneys having business at the court. All members of the bar and particularly those traveling to New Orleans from throughout the state are invited to make use of the services and facilities the Center offers.
