Notice of Proposed Revised Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement for the Eastern District of Louisiana   Pursuant to Rule 83 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Public Notice is hereby given of the proposed revised Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
