William (Bill) W. Blevins selected to be new Clerk of Court
The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana has selected William (Bill) W. Blevins to be its Clerk of Court upon the retirement of Mrs. Loretta G. Whyte. Mr. Blevins is currently the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida, where he has been Clerk for the past twelve years. Mr. Blevins previously served as Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and as Chief Deputy Clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Blevins received his BA from the University of Richmond in 1985, and he received his MBA from that university in 1995. Mr. Blevins is married to Malinda Wilkerson Blevins, and they have four children - two in college and two in high school. Full Page View
