Proposed Federal Rules Amendments Published for Public Comment

The Judicial Conference Advisory Committees on Bankruptcy and Evidence Rules have proposed amendments to their respective rules, and requested that the proposals be circulated to the bench, bar, and public for comment.

The following proposed amendments were approved for publication by the Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure in January and May 2015.
