•    All questions regarding matters pending in Section P should be sent to efile-papillion@laed.uscourts.gov. All counsel of record must be copied on any such communication.
•    Counsel should first carefully review the Rules of Court of the Eastern District of Louisiana before emailing questions to chambers. 
•    An email should not be used as a substitute for a properly-filed motion. 
•    Requests for a continuance or status conference must be made through a formal motion clearly explaining why good cause exists for the continuance or conference. 
•    If an issue is objectively urgent and must be resolved outside of the Court’s ordinary submission period, the movant should formally request expedited consideration.
